Megan's Famous Fried Chicken

Megan's Famous Fried Chicken is one of the best treats in town.  We brine the chicken, dredge it in our flour and spice mixture.  It is then fried to perfection.  It is accompanied with homemade mashed potatoes and gravy from real chicken stock made in house.  It is served with garlic toast as well.  We have a limited fryer space so please expect a 30 minute+ cook time.  It is first come first serve and we usually run out by 8 pm.  It is worth the wait!
